Iowa Parents Locked Up 4-Year-Old Disabled Son in ‘Makeshift Cage’: Cops

Two Iowa parents were arrested after allegedly locking their four-year-old developmentally disabled son in a makeshift cage at their Hamburg home. Responding officers said they found the boy outside the home covered in human and animal feces.
