Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) will pick a new leader on Friday (Sep 27). The race to replace Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida has shaped up to be a tight race among three candidates. One of the contenders is former defence minister Shigeru Ishiba, who is hoping fifth time's the charm.
