Israel's war on UNRWA: Israeli attacks have killed 226 UN employees

Israel's war on Gaza has taken a heavy toll on aid organisations. Its attacks have killed at least 226 United Nations aid workers. That's the most killed in a single conflict since the establishment of the UN. Early in the war, Israel launched a disinformation campaign, accusing some employees of the UN agency for Palestinian refugees of being involved in the attacks on October the 7th.
