Israel has 'successfully' removed Hezbollah's capacity to launch attacks

Deakin University Global Islamic Politics Chair Professor Greg Barton discusses Israel's "successful" crippling of Hezbollah's capacity to launch attacks. "When Israel went into Lebanon, it had a very clear set of objectives - it wanted to push Hezbollah back behind the Litani River, giving a buffer zone of several tens of kilometres and to basically remove Hezbollah's capacity to launch attacks," Mr Barton told Sky News host Gabriella Power. "It's [Israel] done that very successfully."
