Curtin University’s Dean of Global Futures Joe Siracusa discusses Israel’s airstrike on a central Beirut apartment complex. “I think they want Hezbollah to realise they’ve been beaten on this,” Mr Siracusa told Sky News Australia. “The Houthis have been visited this morning.”
