Israel targeted Hezbollah commander ‘for a very long time’

Israel’s Defence and Security Forum founder Brigadier General Amir Avivi says Israel has been trying to target Hezbollah commander Ibrahim Muhammad Qabisi “for a very long time”. The Israeli military has confirmed they killed a Hezbollah commander in the latest targeted strike in the south of Beirut. “He planned in 2000 the kidnapping of Israeli soldiers,” Mr Avivi told Sky News Australia. “Israel has been trying to target him for a very, very long time.”
