Gianfranco Sampo, owner of Terra, said one of the flavors a computer suggested he make was white chocolate with berry sauce, balsamic vinegar and caramelized black pepper. Now it’s on the menu, along with vegan salted and sandblasted hazelnut with oat milk and peaches sauteed in prosecco.
