Japan’s typhoon Shanshan downgraded: At least five killed, evacuation notices issued

In Japan, a severe tropical storm is disrupting the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Downgraded from Typhoon Shanshan that made landfall onThursday, it's killed at least five people and injured hundreds.
