Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba wins runoff to stay in power

Japan's Shigeru Ishiba was reelected prime minister on Monday, after winning against the leader of the main opposition party, Yoshihiko Noda, in a runoff. But Mr Ishiba now faces the challenge of pushing through his policy agenda, after his Liberal Democratic Party lost its parliamentary majority in last month's general election.
