Host Stephen Henderson talks with Tisby about his book, “The Spirit of Justice: True Stories of Faith, Race and Resistance,” and the connection between Black activism and the Black church. Plus, September is Black Reading Month! Henderson talks with the co-founder of the annual observance, Malik Yakini, about why he helped create it 45 years ago.
