US First Lady Jill Biden snapped at a reporter today who asked about Joe Biden's mental decline amid the fallout over the President’s poor debate performance against Donald Trump. In a video going viral online, Jill Biden was confronted by a reporter who asked her about the increasing number of Democrats urging her husband to withdraw from the race. "Dr Biden, do you have any message to House Democrats who are calling for your husband to drop out of the race?
