Jim Chalmers is ‘too weak’ to be Treasurer

Former Victorian Liberal leader Michael Kroger has called out Jim Chalmers for being “too weak” as Australia’s Treasurer. The Albanese government’s budget update will reveal a $100 billion downgrade in mining exports over the four years to 2027/28. “This bloke cannot control his spending,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host James Macpherson. “He is too weak to be Treasurer of this country. “Chalmers has completely lost control of the budget.”
