Jinja residents petition Parliament to keep Education Exhibition
A group of Jinja City residents, together with their area Member of Parliament Manjeri Kyebakuttika, are gathering signatures to petition Parliament against the move by the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries to shift the Education Exhibition from Jinja Agriculture Showground to Bukalasa in Luweero. They target to collect 50,000 signatures to oppose this move so that the event remains in Jinja. Kyebakuttika, who is the Shadow Minister for Trade and Industry, says the Education Exhibition has been boosting the economy of Jinja through a high number of show exhibitors and attendees. More than 5000 signatures were collected today. #NTVNews #NTVTonight #NTVWeekendEdition Subscribe to Our Channel For more news visit http://www.ntv.co.ug Follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/ntvuganda Connect with us on Messenger via m.me/NTVUganda
