Joburg Northern Suburbs face power cut-offs due to non-payment

The City of Johannesburg is experiencing an all time high of non-paying electricity users. Nyaniso Jeku from COJ says the city has started disconnecting defaulting customers. Some of these areas include Midrand, Steyn City, Bryanston and Kyalami.
