US President Joe Biden has made yet another devastating gaffe after he incorrectly labelled Kamala Harris – instead calling her Donald Trump. Joe Biden was taking questions at the NATO Summit when he was asked about his Vice President. "Look, I wouldn't have picked vice president Trump to be vice president - did I think she was not qualified to be president," Mr Biden responded.
