US President Joe Biden made his first public appearance on Tuesday, boarding Air Force One after contracting COVID. As he left the motorcade vehicle, the oldest-ever sitting president spoke to reporters before heading up the plane's steps. Biden was diagnosed with COVID-19 on July 17 and had not been seen publicly since, sparking concerns over his health. It was also the 81-year-old’s first appearance since he dropped out of the 2024 presidential election. Clinical professor of medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center Dr Marc Siegel spoke to Fox News about President Biden's health. “His walking on the stairs looks fine, better than usual, but it's strange that he didn't say hello to anyone. All his energy went into walking,” he said.
