Media Research Centre Research Analyst Bill D’Agostino says Joe Biden is “not all there” after he called Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ‘President Putin’ at the NATO Summit. US President Joe Biden referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as ‘President Putin’ and Vice-President Kamala Harris as ‘Vice-President Trump’ during a speech at the NATO Summit in Washington DC. “He’s very much not all there,” Mr D’Agostino told Sky News host Steve Price. “We saw him confuse the name of his opponent with his Vice-President; we saw him call Zelenskyy Vladimir Putin.”
