Joel Ssenyonyi and other MPs blocked from accessing Roko premises

The Leader of the Opposition in parliament Joel Ssenyonyi; is vowing to block any supplementary budget request coming to parliament for Roko Construction company. He says public funds should not be used in private entities that fail to allow accountability mechanisms. The call came after Roko Construction Management declined to allow him to access their premises, as part of his oversight role.
