The Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, Joel Ssenyonyi, says the controversial Administration of Parliament Amendment 2024 Bill, which seeks to elect the Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, is targeting him as a person. The bill is a brainchild of Mityana South MP Richard Lumu.
