Joshlin Smith | Police question four people over Joshlin's disappearance

As Western Cape police question four people aged between 24 and 34 about the disappearance of a Saldanha Bay child, the whereabouts of 6-year-old Joshlin Smith are still unknown. The first-grade pupil went missing on Monday, 19 February.
