Journalist Calls For A CARICOM Representative In Haiti

The Caribbean Community or CARICOM has been playing a critical role in Haiti’s democratic transition a local journalist is calling for the reappointment of a CARICOM Representative to the country. Earl Bousquet believes this is important as the Transitional Presidential Council prepares to implement the transitional electoral system and process that will enable Haiti to hold general elections by the end of 2025.
