Newly released audio recordings have surfaced that have raised questions about whether a judge shot to death in his chambers might have been having sex with women in exchange for preferential treatment. Former Letcher County Sheriff Mickey Stines is charged with the murder of Judge Kevin Mullins last September. Sabrina Adkins is suing Stines and the county after a deputy admitted coercing her into having sex with him.
