Julian Leeser urges government to use ‘every power’ at its disposal to tackle antisemitism

Liberal MP Julian Leeser says the Federal government has a “responsibility” to deal with antisemitism. Sydney has been hit with another antisemitic graffiti incident just days after CCTV footage captured two individuals spraying Swastikas on the wall of a Newtown synagogue and attempting to burn it down. “If anybody is engaged in any of these things, we should be using every power at our disposal – federal, state and territory – to ensure that these attacks don’t happen,” Mr Leeser told Sky News host Sharri Markson. “If you graffiti a Jewish property, a synagogue or communal centre, you should do time.”
