Julien Alfred Returns To Ciceron Primary Where It All Began For Mural Unveiling

Tears of joy marked the unveiling of a mural honouring Olympic medalist Julien Alfred at the Ciceron R.C. Combined School, where she reflected on her childhood and paid tribute to her late PE teacher, Simeon Stephen. Castries South MP, Dr. Ernest Hilaire, hopes the mural will be a source of inspiration for students, while Prime Minister Philip J.
