June quarter GDP slows to 1.0 per cent year-on-year

Australia’s June quarter GDP has slowed to 1.0 per cent year-on-year. “According to Reuters, the economic growth is 0.2 per cent on a quarterly basis and one per cent GDP growth for the year,” Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd said. “On an annual basis, GDP has increased – expanded by one per cent which is just slightly better than the economic forecasts that have been coming in the last few days.”
