Justice Juma Chitembwe suffers blow

All eyes are now trained on President William Ruto to issue a communique formally axing the suspended high court justice said Juma Chitembwe following the Supreme Court’s decision today to uphold the tribunal recommendation to kick him out. Justice Chitembwe moved to the Supreme Court after the tribunal found him guilty of four counts of violation of conduct prescribed for judges of superior courts. The case stems from among others a corruption case pitting him and former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko, where video clips implicated the judge.
