Gilas Pilipinas mainstay Justin Brownlee acknowledged Wednesday that Kai Sotto's injury is a 'tough blow' for the national team. Sotto's ACL tear meant that Gilas will be playing in the upcoming window of the FIBA Asia Cup qualifiers without the big man.
