‘Kamala Crash’: Donald Trump blames Harris for Wall Street tumble

Former US president Donald Trump has linked the global market sell-off and Wall Street’s downturn to Vice President Kamala Harris as the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee. Mr Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social on Monday to dub the stock plunge the “Kamala Crash”. US stocks plunged on Monday as last week’s weaker-than-expected US employment data fuelled recession fears.
