Donald Trump and Kamala Harris have concluded their first, and possibly only, presidential debate, as the two candidates remain neck and neck in the race for the White House. “It really is all about seizing the airtime, getting your soundbite in, getting the optics you want to have show through and then in the days and weeks that will follow … is all going to get chopped up and amplified on the internet and repurposed for different narratives,” Ms Gada said. “I think she [Harris] understands that, and all that prep work was clearly about that … she did succeed in using her airtime to her advantage.”
