KCCA cleaners have accused their leaders of delaying their pay

Kampala's Independence Monument, typically a gathering spot for KCCA cleaners, erupted in jubilation today as hundreds of cleaners celebrated the dismissal of KCCA's top leadership. The cleaners, who meet daily for registration, were overjoyed, hoping the new leadership will finally address their long-standing demands.
