KCCA urged to halt hawker goods confiscation, safeguard Emyooga & PDM loan success-Minister Kaba

Kampala Capital City Authority has been urged not to confiscate goods of hawkers which could threaten their ability to repay loans and derail the Emyooga and Parish Development program’s objectives. This has been disclosed by the Minister of Kampala Hajat Minsa Kabanda in a meeting with a committee set up to monitor the progress of government programs.
