KEBS bans importation of vehicles over eight years old to curb pollution

Speaking to journalists in Mombasa, the Director of Export Standards, Zacharia Lukorito, stated that the ban is being enforced under the Nji Act to control environmental pollution caused by exhaust fumes emitted by older vehicles driven in the country.
