Kenya approximately loses 800 billion shillings in illicit trade that 9% constitutes of counterfeit goods this is according to the anti-counterfeit authority of Kenya who are now calling the government to reduce cost of production and encourage local production to counter the vise constitutes 80% of the country's imports.
