Kilifi residents are optimistic that development will reach the grassroots.

A section of residents of remote parts of Kilifi County have expressed optimism that the County Government of Kilifi will undertake development in their areas. This is after the county launched the County Mashinani program last year which ensures that the county executive shifts their operations to the wards at least three months a year.
