Killed outside Courts: Brother and Sister Shot By Off-Duty Officer

A brother and sister are dead following a midday shooting in the Courts Megastore car park. Three others were injured in the attack. This includes the off-duty police officer who according to reports was a victim of assault and robbery. Our team of Timothy Chasteau and reporter Carisa Lee have more.
