Kisaka, Luyimbazi, Okello taken to Kasangati court

Dorothy Kisaka, the former Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority, her former deputy David Luyimbazi, and Dr. Daniel Okello, the former Director of Public Health, have arrived at Kasangati Magistrates Court, where they are expected to be charged with offenses related to negligence that led to the collapse of Kiteezi Landfill, which killed 35 people in August this year. The three were detained on Wednesday after being questioned at the Criminal Investigations Department.
