KITEZI LANDSLIDE VICTIMS’ CAMP CLOSED

The government has officially closed Kitezi Camp, which has been hosting hundreds of people recently displaced by the garbage slide. The Minister of State for Disaster Preparedness and refugees Lilian Aber warned the victims against staying back, stating that the government has already paid each household UGX 2 million for rent.
