Kootenay Ferry strike drags on amid stalled talks

Talks meant to end the ongoing Kootenay ferry strike have once again suffered a setback. The B.C. General Employees' Union and employer Western Pacific Marine have been at the bargaining table for months. And as Corey Bullock reports, now the union says it's considering filing charges with the Labour Relations Board.
