KPMG Australia to shut down in-house legal division

KPMG will close its in-house legal division and make 30 jobs redundant in the consulting firm’s second major restructure in the past month. The restructure means KPMG will no longer operate a separate commercial law practice. It will also integrate its tax controversy and disputes practice into its tax division. These changes will take effect from September 30.
