Kyagulanyi accuses UHRC of impartiality

Uganda Human Rights Commission has dismissed a complaint of human rights abuse by the National Unity Platform President Robert Kyagulanyi filed in 2018 against the state. The Chairperson of the Commission, Mariam Wangadya refused to entertain the preliminary submission by Kyagulanyi who accused the commission of lacking the capacity to deliver justice.
