KZN's worrying crime levels and shortage of resources

Government has moved to bolster its efforts to reduce the high levels of crime in Durban but there's a shortage of police officers and other essential resources. Police Minister Senzo Mchunu, eThekwini Mayor Cyril Xaba and Transport MEC Siboniso Duma, announced an agreement to boost crime-fighting efforts in the city.
