KZN Police head denies that 'officers shoot first, ask later'

KZN Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi denies his officers shoot first and ask questions later. He says their main objective is to arrest suspects so they can appear in court. But, sometimes they resist arrest which ends in shootouts. This follows a gun battle on Tuesday in Inanda, which led to the deaths of 3 suspects.
