Labor and Employment - Labor minister advocates for skills transfer from foreign companies

The state minister for labor employment and industrial relations, Esther Anyakun, has emphasized the importance of foreign companies providing skills transfer training for Ugandan employees. According to the Minister, such training not only enhances the quality of workers but also strengthens the human resources capacity within the country. These remarks were made during the commissioning of a talent training project organized by the China Construction and Communication Company (CCCC) in Bwebajja, Kampala.
