Labor government driving up cost of living crisis: Keith Pitt

Nationals MP Keith Pitt has blasted Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's call for an urgent caucus meeting with federal Labor MPs to discuss new measures to address the cost of living crisis impacting Australian households. Mr Pitt said it's Labor policies that are causing the cost of living crisis. “It's their policies, it's what’s driving up the cost of electricity, the safeguard mechanism is a creeping death on Australian exports," he told Sky News host Paul Murray. “Their IR policies are a disaster, we’ve got challenges at the ports. “So they all want to sit around looking at one another … I can save the country a fortune have a look in the mirror at home, it’s you the Labor Party are the ones driving this.”
