Labor has ‘no chance of meeting’ their housing target

Liberal Senator Andrew Bragg has slammed Labor over their 1.2 million new houses target which they have “no chance of meeting”. Opposition leader Peter Dutton has confirmed the Coalition will not reveal a new 2030 emissions target before the next election. “We haven’t favoured codifying these international agreements into domestic legislation, and there are a lot of other countries agree that’s not always necessary,” Mr Bragg told Sky News Australia. “Just because you legislate something doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. “Labor’s got a 1.2 million new houses target they’ve got no chance of meeting.”
