Labor slammed as ‘out of touch’ over Barton seat candidate divide

Shadow Environment Minister Jonathon Duniam accuses Labor of being “out of touch” over the party’s divide on the seat candidate for Barton. “It’s just another demonstration of how out of touch Labor are,” Mr Duniam told Sky News host Peta Credlin. “They don’t get their policies right because they don’t listen to the people and then the faceless men of the backroom … choosing who candidates will be. “They didn’t want a fly-in backroom operative that was picked by the faceless men of the Labor Party.”
