Labor to introduce Future Made in Australia legislation

Labor will introduce its Future Made in Australia legislation into parliament today. $22.7 billion over the next 10 years will be put into businesses considered critical for the net zero transition, as well as sectors that boost national economic resilience and security. For businesses to benefit from the policy, they will need to adhere to five community benefit principles including secure well-paid jobs, social goals and skill development.
