Labour Court declares BMW strike unlawful

Workers at BMW’s Rosslyn plant say they will continue striking until their demands are met but they could fall foul of the law because the Labour court has now declared the protest unlawful. The employees have been on strike since Monday. They are protesting over alleged job dismissals, but the motor manufacturer, says the labour action was in response to an ongoing fraud investigation within the Employees Medical Aid Scheme. eNCA's Pule Letshwiti-Jones has been following that story for us.
