Lake Region Governors demand timely county fund disbursements for devolution

Speaking during the second day of the 12th LREB summit at Alupe University in Busia County, Governor James Orengo of Siaya, Governor Fernandes Barasa of Kakamega, and Governor Paul Otuoma of Busia noted that counties were struggling to fund projects and pay pending bills due to delayed disbursement of funds from the government.
