Land disputes in Fort Portal - Window to former Kenyan V.P Beatrice Nyindombi dragged to court.

The children of the late Juma Hussein want Fort Portal High Court to cancel a 73 acre land title being claimed by Beatrice Nyindombi Karanja the widow to former Kenyan Vice President Dr Joseph Njuguna Karanja. The children allege that Nyindombi Karanja fraudulently acquired their fathers land to whom she claimed to have borrowed over 12,000 Kenyan shillings for treatment way back in 1987.
